2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
- Handling/Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.
- Transit/Shipping Time: 8 – 10 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9 – 13 business days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real-time.
4. Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at our support email before your package is dispatched. Once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to alter shipping details or cancel the shipment.
