Refund policy

At Craemerco, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at sale@craemerco.us with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a free replacement/refund.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordered wrong size, changed mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3 – 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
